When Can You Request a Refund?

Refunds at Prepry are available under certain conditions. If you believe you qualify for a refund, please reach out to our customer support team at [email protected]. If you are seeking a refund for a subscription renewal charge, please specify this in your communication. If you have questions about your subscription or billing, you can also visit the Prepry billing portal.

How Long Does It Take to Process a Refund?

If your refund request is approved, please keep in mind that refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement. The exact timing can depend on your bank or credit card company’s processing times, so we appreciate your patience during this period. We recommend monitoring your account for the credited amount over the coming days.

Steps to Monitor Your Refund:

  1. Wait for 5-10 business days after the refund is initiated.

  2. Regularly check your bank or credit card account statement during this period.

  3. If you do not see the refund credited after this timeframe, consider contacting your financial institution for further clarification.

Stripe vs. Apple Purchases

It’s important to note that our refund policy differs based on how you made your purchase:

  • Stripe Transactions: If you purchased your subscription via Stripe, we can process your refund directly. After your request is approved, we will initiate the refund promptly.

  • Apple Transactions: If your purchase was made through the Apple App Store, we are unable to issue a refund directly. This is because all financial transactions through Apple are handled by them. However, you can request a refund directly from Apple. They are known to be very responsive and helpful in such cases.
