Welcome to Prepry's Learning Platform User Guide. This resource will guide you through your Learning Platform experience in order to help you take full advantage of this administration tool. Create assignments, present in the classroom, understand the student experience, monitor performance through detailed reporting – this resource will walk you through each feature step by step.

Navigate to the Educators Portal
Click the Educators icon on the left sidebar (represented by a teaching icon)
You will be directed to the 'Cohorts' section

Toggle between Active and Inactive tabs at the top of the page
View cohort information in the main table, including:
Cohort Name
Campus ID

Number of Students
Actions (view/edit icons)
Use the eye icon to view detailed cohort statistics
Use the pencil icon to make changes to cohort settings

Lock Date - the last date the exam can be taken.

Choose generation method:
Different Random for Each Student
Generates unique, randomized questions for each student individually.
Same Random for All
Generates the same set of randomized questions for all students.Custom Built
Allows instructors to create a tailored set of questions based on specific requirements.
Set number of questions (1-300)
Configure settings:
Review options
After submission - The user can review the exam immediately after finishing.
After lock date - The user must wait until the due date to view the exam, which could be beneficial if the cohort is assigned the same exact task.
Time limit - Time is pre-selected for mock exams since they are mapped to the exam specifications. The others are selectable.

Navigate to the Gradebook tab at the top of your cohort view
Select the subject from the dropdown menu if needed
View class-wide statistics at the top of the page:

Name: Student's full name
Cumulative Average: Overall performance percentage
Individual Exam Columns: Scores for specific assessments
Dates shown at top of each column
