Received an access code for Prepry? This guide walks you through redeeming it. You have two options: redeem on the web (fastest) or redeem inside the Prepry app.
Option 1: Redeem on the Web (Fastest)
This is the quickest way. You do not need the app installed.
Open billing.prepry.com/redeem in your browser.
Enter your access code (codes are case sensitive).
Sign in to your Prepry account, or create a new one if you do not have one yet.
Your access activates right away.
Tip: if someone sent you a direct redeem link (for example, billing.prepry.com/redeem?code=YOURCODE), the code is already filled in for you.
Option 2: Redeem in the Prepry App
Open the Prepry app on your phone or tablet. If you do not have it yet, download it from the App Store or Google Play.
Sign in to your Prepry account. If you do not have one yet, create one first at prepry.com.
Open Settings by tapping the gear icon.
Tap Redeem Code, enter your code, and confirm.
Your access updates automatically. You can sign in on any device with the same email to use your subscription anywhere.
Troubleshooting
"Redeem Code" is not showing in Settings
This is the most common question we get. It is usually one of these:
You are not signed in yet. The Redeem Code option only appears once you are logged into a Prepry account. Go back to the app's home screen, sign in (or create an account at prepry.com first), then reopen Settings.
You already have an active subscription on that account. In this case the in-app Redeem Code option may be hidden. Use billing.prepry.com/redeem instead and the code will extend or stack on your current access.
The app needs an update. Make sure you are on the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
"Invalid code" or the code does not work
Check capitalization. Codes are case sensitive. Type it exactly as given, with no extra spaces.
Check the product. Some codes are specific to Prepry Radiography or Prepry Ultrasound. If you are redeeming in the wrong app, it will not accept the code.
Check the expiration. Codes have a redemption window. If yours has expired, contact us and we can help.
"Code already redeemed"
Each code can only be redeemed once per account. If you believe this is a mistake, email [email protected] with the code and the email on your Prepry account.
Confirm your access activated
After redeeming, open Settings and look at your Subscription section. You should see the new plan and expiration date. If you do not, try signing out and back in.
