Restore your purchase in the Prepry app. Please follow the steps below:
📱 Step 1: Go to Settings
Open the Prepry app on your mobile device.
Tap on the Settings tab, located at the bottom right of your screen. This will open the settings menu where you can manage your account and subscriptions.
Select Manage Subscription. This option allows you to view and manage your current Prepry subscriptions and purchases. If you are having issues with billing, you can also visit the billing portal.
📱 Step 2: View Your Subscriptions & Purchases
Once inside Manage Subscription, you’ll see a list of your active subscriptions and past purchases.
Tap See all purchases to review your subscriptions and one-time purchases. This will display a detailed list of all transactions associated with your Prepry account.
If your subscription is visible, tap Restore Past Purchases to reactivate it. This process will verify your subscription status and restore access to premium features.
🔎 Troubleshooting
If you do not see your subscription listed, it’s likely that you are logged into the app with the wrong email. Please double-check which email you used when subscribing to Prepry.
