This article explains how your Prepry subscription works. We will cover the plan types, how billing and auto-renewal work, the per-month price you may see on the yearly plan, how to cancel, and how to change your plan.
Subscription Types
Prepry offers monthly, yearly, and lifetime options:
Monthly Subscriptions: You pay a set price each month (for example, $49.99 per month). The plan renews every month until you cancel, giving you continuous access to Prepry.
Yearly Subscriptions: You pay for a full year in a single charge. The yearly plan works out cheaper per month than the monthly plan, and it renews once a year until you cancel. Note: the yearly plan is often displayed as a per-month price (for example, "$17.99 per month") so you can compare it to the monthly plan. Lifetime Subscriptions: A lifetime subscription grants permanent access to Prepry with a one-time payment. It never renews and never needs cancelling.
How Auto-Renewal Works
Our monthly and yearly plans are designed for continuous, uninterrupted access to Prepry, so they renew automatically. A monthly plan bills each month on the anniversary of your purchase date, and a yearly plan bills once a year on that anniversary. You can view your billing history and manage your subscription details at billing.prepry.com. A lifetime plan is a single payment and does not renew.
Cancelling Your Prepry Subscription
You can cancel a monthly or yearly subscription at any time. The cancellation process depends on where you initially purchased your subscription:
Prepry.com: Log in to your account on prepry.com and navigate to your subscription settings to cancel.
App Store (iOS): Manage your subscriptions through your Apple ID settings on your iPhone or iPad.
Google Play (Android): Cancel your subscription through the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
Cancelling stops future billing, but you keep access until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again. For example, if you cancel a yearly plan partway through the year, you keep access until your yearly renewal date. If you cancel a monthly plan that renews on the 15th, and you cancel on the 5th, you keep access until the 15th.
Changing Your Subscription
If you wish to change your Prepry subscription (for example, switching from monthly to yearly), you will need to cancel your current subscription first. Once your current subscription period ends, you can then purchase the plan of your choice. This lets you switch between monthly, yearly, or a lifetime subscription for long-term access.
