How Do I Cancel, View, or Change My Subscription?

Viewing subscription details, updating billing, changing your plan, or canceling on Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Prepry.com.

How to Manage Your Subscription

You can easily view, update, or cancel your subscription anytime.

⚠️ Important:

Your subscription must be managed through the platform where you originally purchased it:

Step 1: Check Where You Purchased

  • Open the Prepry app > Settings > Manage Subscription.

  • You’ll see your subscription or purchase details, including whether it was billed through Apple, Google, or Prepry.com.

  • This tells you exactly where you need to go to cancel.

  • Subscriptions = recurring, will renew automatically.

  • Purchases = one-time, will not renew.

Apple App Store Cancelation

On an iOS devce (iPhone, iPad, etc):

  1. Open "Settings"

  2. Access your Apple/iCloud account by selecting your profile at the top of the page

  3. Select "Subscriptions"Under "Active", select the subscription you would like to cancel

  4. Select "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the page

  5. Finalize the cancellation by selecting "Confirm"

On an OSX device (iMac, Macbook, etc):

  1. Open "System Preferences"

  2. Select "Apple ID"

  3. Select "Media & Purchases"

  4. Next to "Subscriptions", select "Manage" (this will open the App Store)

  5. Find the subscription you would like to cancel and select "Edit"

  6. Select "Cancel Free Trial" or "Cancel Subscription"

  7. Finalize the cancellation by selecting "Confirm"

How do I cancel a subscription that is billed through my Google Play account?

Follow these steps to cancel subscriptions and recurring charges billed through your Google Play account.

Note: Uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription.

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.

  2. Check to make sure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.

  3. Tap Menu > Subscriptions.

  4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.

  5. Tap Cancel subscription.

  6. Follow the instructions provided.

Note: Uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription.

1. Go to play.google.com.
2. Check to make sure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
3. At the left, click My subscriptions.
4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
5. Click Manage > Cancel Subscription.
6. Within the confirmation pop-up, click Yes

If you purchased on our website, manage your subscription through our Billing Portal.

Or:

  1. Go to Prepry.com.

  2. In the top menu, click More > Billing.

  3. Log in with the same email you used to purchase.

  4. From there you can:

    • View your subscription

    • Update billing info

    • Cancel your subscription

    • View invoices and history

If you purchased through Apple or Google, Prepry cannot cancel or change your subscription for you. You must cancel directly through Apple or Google.

Where can I see my Apple subscriptions?

On your iPhone or iPad

  1. Open the Settings app.

  2. Tap your name, then tap Media & Purchases.

  3. Tap View Account. You might be asked to sign in.

  4. Tap Purchase History.

  5. Your purchase history appears. If you’re not sure what you were charged for but you know the amount of the charge, search for the amount.

  6. If you want to view more purchases, tap "Last 90 days" at the top of Purchase History and choose another way to filter your purchases.

When you make a purchase on Google Play, we'll send a confirmation email with your order information to the Google Account you use when making your purchase. You can always see your order history on Google Play or payments.google.com.

When to expect charges

You'll be charged shortly after you purchase content on Google Play. You'll see any changes to your Google Play balance appear immediately, and charges to other payment methods generally appear within a few days.
