Managing your Prepry subscription is simple and gives you full control. This guide will walk you through viewing, updating, or canceling your subscription.
1. Open Settings in the Prepry App
Go to the Settings tab at the bottom right of the Prepry app. This is where you'll find all the account-related options.
Under Account & Subscription, tap Manage Subscription. This will take you to the next step in managing your plan.
2. Go to the Subscription Portal
This will direct you to our secure subscription portal, hosted at billing.prepry.com, where you can safely manage your subscription details.
3. Log In
Use the same email address you used when purchasing your subscription. This ensures you access the correct account.
If you signed up with Apple or Google, make sure to select the same login method. This is crucial for authenticating your access to the subscription portal.
4. Manage Your Plan
Once logged in, you’ll see options to:
View details of your current subscription (plan type, renewal date, payment method). This gives you a clear overview of your active plan.
Update your billing information. Keep your payment details current to avoid any interruptions in your access to Prepry.
Change or upgrade your subscription plan. Explore different plans to find the one that best suits your needs. You can find more information about our offerings on www.prepry.com.
Cancel your subscription if needed. You can cancel anytime, but remember you'll still have access until the end of your current billing cycle.
5. Confirmation
Any changes will be confirmed by email. Check your inbox for confirmation of updates, upgrades, or cancellations.
If you cancel, you’ll still have access until the end of your paid period. Make the most of your remaining time using Prepry's platform.
