Restore your purchase in the Prepry app. Please follow the steps below:
📱 Step 1: Go to
Settings
Open the Prepry app.
Tap on the Settings tab (bottom right of your screen).
Select Manage Subscription.
📱 Step 2: View Your Subscriptions & Purchases
Once inside Manage Subscription, you’ll see a list of your active subscriptions and past purchases.
Tap See all purchases to review your subscriptions and one-time purchases.
If your subscription is visible, tap Restore Past Purchases to reactivate it.
🔎 Troubleshooting
If you do not see your subscription listed, it’s likely that you are logged into the app with the wrong email. Please double-check which email you used when subscribing.
If you see your subscription but restoring does not work, let us know so we can help diagnose further.
